Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your visit. Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

We offer a variety of massage services to meet different needs, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage (when available), hot stone massage, and relaxation massage. If you're unsure which is right for you, we're happy to recommend one based on your goals.

That depends on what you're looking for. If you want to relax and reduce stress, a Swedish massage is a great choice. For chronic muscle tension or soreness, deep tissue massage may be more appropriate. Our therapists will discuss your needs before your session and recommend the best option.

Your therapist will ask about your health history, any injuries, areas of discomfort, and your goals for the session. You'll have privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet or blanket. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered during the massage.

No. You should undress only to your comfort level. Many clients remove most clothing, while others prefer to keep certain garments on. Professional draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy.

Massage should never be unbearably painful. Some techniques, especially deep tissue massage, may cause mild discomfort when working on tight muscles. Always let your therapist know if the pressure feels too strong so it can be adjusted.

It depends on your goals. Monthly massages are common for general wellness and stress relief. If you're recovering from an injury or managing chronic muscle tension, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be more beneficial.

Massage can help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, decrease stress, relieve soreness, improve flexibility, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being. Many clients also report improved sleep and reduced headaches.

Yes. We understand that personal comfort is important, and you're welcome to request a therapist based on your preference. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

That's entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy conversation, while others prefer quiet relaxation. Your therapist will follow your lead, and you're always encouraged to speak up if you'd like the pressure, temperature, or positioning adjusted.

Please let us know about any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or medications before your appointment. In some cases, we may recommend getting approval from your healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy.

Drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous activity for a few hours if possible, and allow your body time to relax. Mild soreness after a deep tissue massage is normal and usually resolves within a day or two. .

We kindly ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our booking policy for complete details.

Yes. You can conveniently book your appointment through our online scheduling system or contact us by phone during business hours. Advance booking is recommended, especially on evenings and weekends.

Massage is safe for most people, but there are certain situations where it may not be recommended, such as with a fever, certain infections, open wounds, or specific medical conditions. If you're unsure, please contact us before booking so we can help determine whether massage is appropriate for you.
